Bienvenidos, Amigos! Pink Taco puts on a party every day of the week with potent margaritas, a huge tequila selection, rock ‘n’ roll and food that is muy, muy delicioso. With boozy brunches and “best tacos” that have gotten a nod of approval from Thrillist and more, we are best-known for our pink tacos, of course. Made with fresh house-made corn tortillas filled with black beans, chicken, salsa roja, pickled onions and avocado, they’re best paired with a cold beer. Plus, hanging out on our patio’s tough to beat – overlooking the world-famous Hard Rock Hotel pool scene. The happiest hours are from 4-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
