Our vision for Bacetto is to create an experience that is unique and rich with passion. Bringing to Perth a traditional european style of service, character and food yet a modern approach to espresso preparation. Our menu is inspired by countless trips to local markets, our belief in local, independent producers, of being healthy and happy in our lifestyles and wanting to provide Perth and it's surrounding suburbs with food that is fresh, seasonal, colourful and irresistible. Our salad, baguette and foccacia fillings as well as sweet and savoury muffin ingredients change daily to reflect the seasons and also keep some variety in our lives. We keep other baked treats constant because they are so popular. Decadent chocolate and cashew brownies, caramelised banana and coconut bread, shortbreads and many other delectable baked goodies are perfect examples. But every now and then we will add something new to celebrate a special event. Variety, interest and old favourites. Perfect!
