Since 2011 we’ve been inviting diners to experience our sublime modern French cuisine with a difference. Our small plate concept offers a unique way to sample many delicate flavours in one meal… fine dining designed to be savoured, not rushed. Our carefully crafted menu does not offer traditional entrée or main sizing. Instead, chef Todd Stuart transforms the best seasonal produce into sophisticated small plates which are bursting with colour, texture and flavour – a celebration for the eyes and the palate. During the week you can also indulge in a set menu/degustation for lunch and dinner or select a few plates from our 3 course menu – consider: Cured Snapper, Cuttlefish, Ponzu, Wasabi Sorbet; -Scallop, Pork Belly, Pig Head, Apple; - Spring Lamb, Sweetbread, Caperberry, Asparagus; - Salmon, Ash, Spring Vegetable, Horseradish; - Steak, Egg & Chips and our famous Death by Chocolate dessert.
