Our in-house made dumpling skins come in three different grades of thickness to match the filling and method of cooking. While the fish dumplings taste best in a thin, translucent skin, which allows prompt cooking, the meat dumplings need thicker skin to withstand longer cooking.Our food made freshly from quality ingredients hand picked and prepared by Mama herself. Mama is very passionate about gourmet food, and while she enjoys following the traditional fare, she also loves to create new recipes inspired by Melbourne’s diverse food culture and ingredients. For Mama dumplings are an art form, not just a passion, it’s an obsession!
