Livewire identifies those high school students displaying leadership qualities and enables them to build and develop those skills, by teaching them the basics principles of leadership, on an individual as well as a communal level. Student leaders who attend Livewire events will be taught about such things as personality styles, learning styles, leading styles, and how their own strengths and weaknesses all combine with these things to enable them to be the best they can be, in a society where leadership qualities are highly valued. The things they learn will be easily applied to their positions as school leaders, helping our schools to become places where leaders are bred, and where senior students are becoming admirable role models, inspiring those around them.
