Il Casolare was born out of a Southern Italian family's dream to bring a unique experience of Italian cuisine to Melbourne. Our restaurant offers "innovation in the tradition", bringing together authentic italian favourites with new and innovative recepies. We believe authentic Italian cooking is something special, and we honour it by using only the finest quality local and imported ingredients. Our pizzas and breads are made with fully organic semi-wholemeal wheat and gluten free flours.
