The original Bath Hotel opened for business on the 13 March 1856 on land adjacent to the current location. It was relocated and rebuilt in bluestone to the corner of Queen St. & the Parade Norwood where its stands proudly today. For the last 18 years the reins of the Bath Hotel has been held by The Franzon Family. The hotel underwent significant renovations during 2006 but has maintained the original exterior while modernising the interior. Making it the place to be on the Norwood Parade.
