We are a family-run cafe/restaurant with great, beautiful, staff. At Sabai, we like to keep things as local and home-grown as possible. From Clare Valley free-range eggs, local, free-range pork and chicken and pasture fed beef to fresh and organically grown herbs and chillies in Yai’s garden. We select seasonal seafood, Australian where possible, and recipes are inspired by each individual product. Using quality produce is important to us and allows us to create fresh and flavoursome dishes for you.
