Nick Dempster is the passion behind Delizioso, after years of working with Gianni Gregini including managing Gusto da Gianni at Portside; Nick has now ventured out to create his own dining experience within the popular restaurant scene in Bulimba. Supported by business partner Dominic Dodemont and surrounded by an experienced team including Sheena McRuvie our head chef, Delizioso will make its own delicious mark on the local restaurant scene. Delizioso will feature a mixture of Italian favourites along with new and innovative dishes to keep the interest of local's taste buds, served by exceptionally friendly staff in a casual dining environment – this is the vision Nick & Dominic has in mind while opening their first restaurant in trendy Bulimba.
