The Bowery was established in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley in October 2003. Taking its name from a street in New York City infamous for its speakeasies and gin joints during prohibition, we set about to create a cocktail bar reminiscent of this era. Complete with live jazz during the week and some of Brisbane's finest DJs on the weekend, we invite you to come and experience a bar the way it used to be.
